October Fest In Munich

Finished Vienna and was in Mainz for a week. Now I'm in Munich for the next 3 weeks. We are going to October Fest next weekend. Supposedly today but I wasn't feeling very well, so decided we go next weekend since there will be a couple more team mates joining us.

Went out to town yesterday and it was pretty crowded. It was amazing to see people dressing up for the October Fest and drunken people walking around in the city (at noon time already).

Getting Cold....

The weather is getting cold here now.

So far, this project has been very good. I'm working with quite a fun team this time. A lot of laughter and jokes, that makes a project a lot easier. However, I'm working on night shift again for this project. The night shift is quite ok. It's a lot easier than the day shift. But then, it is hard to stay awake the whole night and I'm too old for this now (need my regular 'handsome' sleep) and it is hard to sleep through the day.

Anyway, I'm quite looking forward to my next project in German because my German team mate is going to take me to the October Fest!! (Need to train up that......drinking more beers!)

Stalking Madonna In Vienna

Yes. She is coming to Vienna for her Sticky & Sweet concert. However, I'll miss her concert date by couple of days because I will be already left from Vienna to Germany. What a shame! I really want to catch her in concert.... somewhere..... somehow........

So instead of that, maybe I should find out where she is staying and invite her for a couple of tea :) in the nice Vienna city.

On The Road Again

Well, I'm on the road again and this time is for another 3 months. My last trip have been quite good because I managed to catch Kylie in concert in London. Then I was in UAE (which was really hot and humid) and Hurghada (in a big nice resort). Somehow I was quite homesick during my last trip and it was hard to update my blog because of the internet connection in Middle East.

Anyway, after that trip, I was back in Singapore for a week and my team mates were stopping over the weekend, so we did have a nice weekend in Singapore.

One week in Singapore was not enough, because I've run a lot of errands and catching up with all my friends. Luckily they all managed to make time for me.

So, I'm on the road again. Will be in Vienna for 2 weeks and off to Germany for a month, then Shanghai for a month. I'll be returning home end of November (if my schedule remain the same).

On The Road Again...

Yes..I'm on the road again. Will be traveling quite intensively for the next couple of weeks. Currently in Abu Dhabi for almost to a week plus. The above pic is actually the hotel I'm staying in at the moment but unfortunately I haven't got anytime to enjoy any of the facilities yet :(

Abu Dhabi is so damn hot! I felt like I'm in a big sauna room (except everybody still in their cloths) everytime I step out of the air-con building.

Next stop is London this weekend for a week, then back here again for a week and then off to Egypt for 2 weeks before heading home end of August.

So, probably won't be able to update anything much (also...everything is blocked in UAE, so hard to access to anything), but will definitely try my best.

B'day In Beijing!

Yes! I’m officially OLDER again today. Can’t believe it has been another year since my last ‘Older Year’. Unfortunately, this year there is not big party (like last year) as I’m in Beijing working my butt off at the moment (still working today and tomorrow). I guess this is the first time I’m celebrating my B’day outside of Singapore since I was 21 (before 21, was in M'sia). It’s a whole new experience. Luckily, we managed to have a nice dinner and had a few drinks together with my team mates last night. Hopefully, I can get out of work earlier today and continue with my B’day celebration.

Home Sweet Home!

It is great to be back!

Friday night, I was suppose to work until 11pm but then thanks to my team mates persuaded my team leader to let me go earlier. We went out for dinner and then finished off the night at a few local bars and couple of us only went home at 5 o’clock in the morning!

Next day, I have to meet my friends for Breakfast (which happened at 12pm only) and then I have to catch my flight at 3:40pm. Reached the airport and have to Q for almost 2 hours! Didn’t even have time to buy my 42 Below Vodka at the duty free. Worst still, I got stuck in the middle seat again.

After reached home at middle night, I quickly dumped my luggage and went out party with my Friends again till 4 in the morning. It was so nice to be home again and catching out with my good friends.

But the party doesn’t stop here. Wednesday, my friends and I will be going to BKK for the Christmas Weekend. That means more parties there!
